User Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to every player who uses the mk777 platform and its services. By accessing the services, registering an account, or placing bets, the player is considered to have fully accepted all provisions of this Agreement. Please take the time to read and understand these terms carefully.

Section 1 — User Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Age Restriction

To use mk777's services, players must be 21 or older. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing and playing. Accounts registered with false age information may be closed at any time.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

After receiving a notice or warning that services are restricted in a certain area, the player is personally responsible for checking whether their use of the service complies with local laws. mk777 is not liable for any losses resulting from accessing the site in violation of applicable laws.

1.3 Personal Responsibility

Each player is personally responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. mk777 will not be involved in any legal issues arising from disregarding this.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Management

2.1 Account Changes

Players cannot change their own username. To update personal information, contact us via Live Chat or [email protected] and complete the required verification process.

Section 3 — Financial Policies

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are supported via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 10,000 Ks. The time taken to process a deposit and credit the bonus to the account may vary depending on the method. Only amounts in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Once a withdrawal request is processed, the standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• The bank or payment account used for withdrawal must belong to the player themselves
• Transfers to third-party accounts will not be made
• Withdrawals are only permitted once the wagering requirement has been met
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be placed on hold

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. If a player experiences a financial issue due to a technical error, we will investigate the matter and resolve it if the claim is found to be valid. Refunds for gambling losses will not be provided.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus of up to 100,000 Ks is given on the first deposit after registration. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20 must be met.

4.2 Bonus Policy

• The bonus can only be claimed once per deposit
• The bonus can only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement is fully met
• The Wagering Requirement is calculated only from games played using bonus funds
• Using unfair methods on bonuses (Arbitrage Betting, Multi-accounting) is prohibited
• mk777 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus if any bonus abuse is found

4.3 VIP Program

The mk777 VIP Program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can receive weekly cashback of up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. VIP tier upgrades are determined based on gameplay history on the platform, and mk777's decision is final.

Section 5 — Player Conduct and Prohibitions

Players agree to the following conduct when using the mk777 platform:

5.1 Permitted Activities

• Playing Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Crash Game, Shan Koe Mee, and 2D/3D normally
• Placing football Sportsbook Betting normally within the available sections
• Playing with your own funds

5.2 Strictly Prohibited

• Any activity related to Money Laundering
• Using software or bots to predetermine game outcomes
• Using a VPN or Proxy to access the service
• Using software exploits to manipulate game results
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (Bonus Abuse)
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account to a third party
• Threatening or abusing mk777 staff or other players

Note that if any of the above prohibitions are found to have been violated, mk777 will immediately close the account without prior notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Section 6 — Data and Security

6.1 Data Retention

• Gaming records and financial statements are stored on secure servers
• Personal information will not be disclosed without the player's consent
• Data incidents are recorded in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30)

6.2 Player Responsibilities

Players must keep their own computer or mobile device secure and must not share their login username or password with anyone — including mk777 staff. Do not trust any individual who requests money through the platform.

Section 7 — Limitation of Liability

Players acknowledge and agree that mk777's liability is limited for any losses arising from use of the platform, including gaming losses incurred by the player.

7.1 Technical Issues

mk777's liability for issues caused by network connectivity problems, server outages, or third-party service failures is limited, and any compensation claims will be reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis.

7.2 Game Results

Game results are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) and fair play policies. If there is solid evidence of dealer misconduct in Live Dealer games, players may file a complaint at [email protected].

7.3 Force Majeure

mk777 is not liable for immediate service suspension or termination caused by events beyond the platform's control, including natural disasters, epidemics, legal changes, or war.

Section 8 — Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Account Closure by Player

If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy. Bonus funds that have not yet met the Wagering Requirement will not be paid out.

8.2 Reasons mk777 May Close an Account

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Suspected involvement in money laundering
• Fraudulent activity or bot usage is detected
• Multiple accounts opened by the same individual are found
• A complaint is received regarding abuse or threats directed at staff or other players

Section 9 — Terms Amendments

mk777 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, players will be notified via the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
